Business Direct has central warehousing and forward stock locations nationwide

Stock management is either via our own or our clients' warehouse management system, and can cover parts held in central warehouses and forward stock locations.

We provide accurate stock reporting and also manage the replenishment cycle within agreed SLAs.

We currently operate 90,000 sq ft of warehousing, pick around 900,000 part lines a year and have the flexibility to increase or decrease space at short notice to meet our customers' needs.

We are able to provide pallet racking and shelved storage across the UK and offer a full range of distribution services. In addition, we can offer comprehensive help desk facilities to provide a seamless link between engineers, clients and the warehouse.

We operate 15 forward stock locations, which are supported by our overnight trunking facility. This means we can handle the nightly dispatch of stock and deliver by 07:00, six days per week, and provide a returns service to the customer's central warehouse or appointed repairer.
